Online Availability Calendar
Use this calendar to view studio availability and submit booking requests. This calendar is best viewed on desktop.
To view availability:

Click on the calendar icon top left. This will show you today’s studio availability. You can change the date to view other days.

In ‘View’ select ‘Timeline’ for a condensed one-week view.

In ‘Location’ you can select a specific studio from the dropdown.
To submit a booking request:

Email or call our Venue Services team

OR - Click on the New Enquiry icon top right and complete the form

Click 'Finish' and your request will be submitted.
Important notes:

Staff will respond to booking requests as soon as possible during office hours.

Submitting a request does NOT constitute a booking. Please do not show up to booking requests, or proceed with advertising events that have not been processed.
